Prepare export documents (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.).
Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and transport teams.
Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.
Handle export declarations and related paperwork.
Communicate with suppliers and customers for shipment arrangements.
Maintain accurate export records and reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in export or logistics (fresh graduates may apply depending on company).
Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
