Yes. We offer a free CV builder tool. Go to "Build your CV" from your profile menu to create a professional CV in minutes. You can customize the layout, add sections, and download it as PDF.
Click the bookmark icon on any job card or job detail page. Saved jobs can be found in your profile under "Saved Jobs". You will also receive notifications when similar jobs are posted.
Creating an account, browsing jobs, applying for jobs, and using the CV builder are free for job seekers. We do not charge fees for job applications. You should never be asked to pay money to obtain employment through us. If anyone asks you for payment, please report it immediately.
If you are a company representative, go to "Company Registration" from your profile menu. Fill in your company details and submit for review. Once approved by our admin team, you can post and manage jobs. We may request supporting documents (business registration, identification, or authorization letters) to verify your company before approval.
We offer public training sessions, corporate training programs, technical bootcamps (coding, data analysis, digital marketing), and soft skills masterclasses (communication, leadership, teamwork). Check the Training & Events page for upcoming sessions and registration details. Registration fees, cancellation, and refund policies are specific to each event and will be communicated at registration.
Once you apply for a job, the employer may contact you through our in-app messaging system. You can also receive notifications about your application status. Some employers may provide direct contact information in the job posting. We are an intermediary and is not a party to any employment relationship formed between you and an employer.
You can request account deletion from your profile settings. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Certain content may be retained where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain security, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your email. If you signed up using a social account (Google, LinkedIn, Telegram), you do not need a password.
Yes. Go to your profile settings and update your email address. You will need to verify the new email before the change takes effect. If you signed up using a social account, your email is managed by that provider.
You can report any issues through the Contact Us page, by email at info@mrtrainingandjobscenter.com.kh, or by using the report button on suspicious job postings. Our team reviews all reports within 48 hours. We may remove suspicious listings or accounts and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
