- Telegram authentication data including name, username, and phone number from your Telegram account.
- Authentication tokens stored securely using HTTP-only cookies to maintain your session.

We use third-party service providers that help us operate the platform. These providers have access to your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting, data storage, and compute infrastructure.
- Google Cloud Platform for cloud services, data storage, and compute infrastructure.
- Google Analytics for understanding platform usage and improving user experience.
- SendGrid / Amazon SES for sending notifications, job alerts, and newsletters.
- Sentry for error monitoring and crash reporting.
- Payment processors for handling training event registration fees (if applicable).
4.3 Social Media Platforms
When you use social sign-in (Google, LinkedIn, Telegram) for authentication, we share minimal data with these platforms to verify your identity. The data shared is limited to what is necessary for authentication.
4.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information when required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety. This includes:
- Responding to legal requests from law enforcement or government agencies.
- Complying with valid subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes.
- Protecting the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or the public.

4.5 Business Transfers

- Resume/CV documents: retained while your account is active or until you delete them.
- Authentication logs: retained for 12 months for security monitoring.
- Cached data: stored locally on your device and can be cleared through your browser settings.
- Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized, retained indefinitely for trend analysis.
- Marketing communication records: retained for 24 months for opt-out compliance.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention policy.
6. Data Storage and Security
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
