Welcome to MR Training and Jobs Center Co., Ltd. ("MRTJC", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
In these Terms: "Platform" means the we website, mobile applications, software, APIs, and related online services; "Services" means the features offered through the Platform, including job search, job posting, applications, recruitment tools, in-app messaging, training and event registration, career resources, and CV builder tools; "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform; "Content" means all information and materials submitted by a User, including profiles, resumes, job postings, messages, images, and documents; "Applicable Law" means all laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia and any other relevant jurisdiction.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age permitted under Applicable Law. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. All information you provide must be accurate and truthful. Certain Services (for example, employer accounts or paid event registration) may have additional age or legal capacity requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activities under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We may verify User identity, request supporting documents (business registration, identification, or authorization letters), suspend or restrict accounts under investigation, require password resets, and remove fraudulent or fake accounts.
2. Platform Services and Intermediary Role
We operate the Platform in multiple capacities:
As a platform/intermediary: We provide a Platform that allows Employers and Job Seekers to connect. In this capacity, we are not a party to any employment relationship formed between Users, and use of the Platform does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between us and any User.
As an employer: Where we post jobs on our own behalf to hire staff for our own operations, we act as the Employer and the relevant job posting will indicate this.
As a recruitment agent: Where we act as a recruitment agent on behalf of a third-party company, this will be clearly indicated in the job posting. In such cases, we facilitate the recruitment process but the hiring decision and employment relationship remain between the third-party company and the Job Seeker.
Unless a job posting expressly states otherwise, we act solely as an intermediary. We are not the employer, recruitment agent, hiring party, or representative of any Employer listed on the Platform except where explicitly indicated.
We may verify Employers and job postings, but verification does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or representation that an Employer or job opportunity is legitimate, safe, or compliant with Applicable Law. A verification badge only indicates that we have completed certain verification procedures at the time of verification and may be revoked at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake job listings, fake employer profiles, or misleading salary or benefit information.
Request money from applicants to obtain employment, or operate pyramid schemes or other unlawful recruitment schemes.
Collect applicant information for purposes unrelated to the relevant job, sell applicant information, or use it for marketing without authorization.
Unlawfully discriminate against applicants in hiring or recruitment, or harass, intimidate, or threaten applicants.
Harass, discriminate against, threaten, or harm other Users.
Post Content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to collect candidate or employer data without permission.
Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate ratings or reviews, or artificially increase job visibility.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform, or upload viruses or malicious code.
Impersonate another person or entity, or spam other Users through the messaging system.
4. Jobs, Applications, and Safety
Job Seekers: We do not guarantee interview, job offer, employment, salary, or any career outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of your applications and should independently research Employers before accepting offers.
Employers: You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings. Job postings must comply with all applicable Cambodian labor and anti-discrimination laws, including provisions on race, color, sex, creed, religion, political opinion, birth, social origin, and union membership or activity. You must have actual authority to recruit on behalf of the listed organization and must not post jobs that require applicants to pay money to obtain employment. We may review, reject, hide, or remove job postings at any time.
Applicant Data: Handling of personal information submitted through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Employers are responsible for their own handling of applicant data in compliance with Applicable Law. We do not control how Employers use applicant data once shared.
CV Processing and Redaction: By registering a company profile and posting job vacancies on the Platform, Employers agree that all candidate applications will be processed into a standardized "MRTJC CV Format." To maintain platform integrity and User privacy, this format automatically redacts direct candidate contact details and sensitive information prior to the Employer's review.
Job Scam and Safety: Never send money to obtain employment through us. Avoid providing sensitive financial credentials to unknown parties. Report suspicious job postings or accounts using the reporting tools provided by us or by contacting us. We may remove suspicious listings or accounts and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
5. Content, Moderation, and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, display, and distribute that Content solely for operating, maintaining, securing, developing, and improving the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy. This license does not transfer ownership. Certain Content may remain in our systems after account deletion where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or maintain security.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor all Content. We reserve the right to review, remove, hide, or restrict Content, reject job postings, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict functionality, and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.
We own all rights to the Platform, including its name, logo, trademarks, domains, user interface, software, databases, and visual assets. You must not copy, modify, or distribute our property without prior written permission.
6. Training, Events, and Payments
Training programs and events may have separate terms presented at registration. Registration may require fees, which are displayed at the time of registration. Payments are processed through our designated payment providers. Taxes and applicable fees are disclosed at checkout. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each event and communicated at registration. We may cancel, reschedule, or postpone events, in which case participants will be notified and offered a refund or transfer where applicable. A no-show policy may apply. Registration may be transferable with our prior consent.
Where we offers paid Services (employer subscriptions, featured listings, training, or event tickets), fees are displayed before payment. Refund eligibility depends on the specific terms of the Service purchased. We may change fees upon reasonable notice. Subscriptions, if offered, may renew automatically unless cancelled.
7. Communications, Reporting, and Privacy
By using the Platform, you agree to receive service-related communications including account notifications, security alerts, application updates, job alerts, event reminders, and policy updates. Transactional communications cannot be opted out of. Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time.
Users may report suspicious job postings, fraudulent activity, harassment, impersonation, or other violations through the reporting tools or by contacting us at info@mrtrainingandjobscenter.com.kh. We may investigate and take appropriate action.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party services, which may include Google (authentication, analytics, cloud), LinkedIn, Telegram, Firebase, email providers, push notification services, payment providers, cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud), maps, CAPTCHA, and file storage providers. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services outside its control.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee employer identity, solvency, workplace safety, salary payment, employment conditions, hiring practices, or visa or work permit availability. We do not guarantee interview, job offer, employment, salary, or career outcome. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services for which We are not responsible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of Users, Employers, or third parties. our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid we in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third party's rights, Content you post, or your violation of Applicable Law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, for security reasons, or as required by Applicable Law. Where practicable, we will provide notice, except where immediate action is necessary. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease. Active applications, saved jobs, job postings, subscriptions, and messages may be affected. Certain Content may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security. Provisions that survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law) remain in effect.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing Services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet or telecommunications outages, cloud-provider failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, power outages, or pandemics. We will use reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as practicable.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. The "Last Updated" date indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law, Severability, and Entire Agreement
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Subject to any mandatory rights provided by Applicable Law, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any service-specific terms presented at the time of using a particular Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If there is a conflict between these Terms and service-specific terms, the service-specific terms control only with respect to that Service.
