Prepare reports on organizational development activities and outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. Experience in organizational development, HR, or change management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
