Oversee and support daily operational activities
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, warehouse, HR)
Monitor operational performance and ensure targets are met
Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
Identify process improvements and implement solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle operational issues and resolve them efficiently
Support project implementation and execution
Maintain proper documentation and records
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field
2 years of experience in operations or related role
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
