Assist sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients. Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM data. Communicate with internal departments to support order processing. Track sales performance and provide weekly updates to management. Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in sales coordination or admin support is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic sales tools. Detail-oriented and good at multitasking. Able to work under pressure and support team targets.
