Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
Conduct competitive analysis and market research
Manage product backlog and sprint planning with the development team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product management
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Aha!)
