Develop and implement the organization's training and development strategy
Conduct training needs analysis across all departments
Design and deliver learning programs including e-learning and classroom training
Manage the training budget and evaluate program effectiveness
Build partnerships with external training providers and institutions
Track employee learning progress and report on outcomes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Education, or a related field
3+ years of experience in training and development
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
