Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
Oversee product inspection and testing processes
Investigate quality failures and implement corrective actions
Manage and train the quality control team
Conduct supplier quality audits and assessments
Prepare quality reports and present to senior management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
3+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma)
