Shift Leadership: Open/close the shop, assign tasks, manage staff breaks, and keep the team motivated during busy rushes.
Quality & Service: Maintain high standards for coffee quality, food presentation, and cleanliness; resolve customer complaints quickly.
Operations: Handle cash register reconciliations, monitor stock levels, and report inventory shortages or equipment issues to management.
Training: Coach baristas on drink recipes, espresso extraction, and customer service standards.**Job Requirements

Experience: 1–2 years as a senior barista or shift leader in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Skills: Strong espresso/milk texturing skills, clear communication, and basic math/POS literacy.
Traits: Reliable, calm under pressure, and highly organized.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
