Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Event Marketing Supervisor to oversee sales activities and marketing events that promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, coordinate marketing events, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and achieve sales targets.

Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
Develop strategies to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and event organizers.
Coordinate event logistics, budgets, and promotional materials.
Monitor sales performance and prepare sales and event reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, event marketing, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Experience in organizing corporate events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when events require.
