The Sales Supervisor oversees daily sales operations, guides the sales team to reach targets, ensures excellent customer service, and supports management in planning and execution.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching or feedback. Handle customer issues and ensure high service quality. Prepare simple sales reports and update management. Coordinate product display, stock, and store operations. Support training for new sales staff.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred). At least 2–3 years of experience in sales or retail. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to solve problems and handle customer concerns. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting. Ability to work under pressure and reach targets.
