Identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks
Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies
Monitor and report on key risk indicators
Conduct risk assessments for new products and business initiatives
Collaborate with business units to embed a risk-aware culture
Prepare risk reports for senior management and regulators
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in risk management
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks (COSO, Basel III, ISO 31000)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
FRM or CRM certification is preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
