Stay updated on digital trends and emerging technologies
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital transformation or IT management
Strong knowledge of digital technologies and innovation trends
Excellent project management and change management skills
Good stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Experience with cloud, AI, or ERP implementation is an advantage
