Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring
Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations
Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes
Provide legal opinions on business decisions and transactions
Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Valid bar admission or legal practice certificate
3+ years of experience in corporate law
Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and corporate governance
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Good communication and client management abilities
