Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops
Conduct training needs assessments across departments
Create engaging training materials including presentations and e-learning content
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions
Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly
Maintain training records and report on learning outcomes
Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field
Proven experience designing and delivering corporate training programs
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
