We are seeking a Real Estate Developer to identify, plan, and manage real estate development projects from land acquisition to project completion.

Identify and evaluate real estate development opportunities
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for projects
Manage land acquisition, zoning approvals, and permits
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors on development
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones
Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies for completed projects

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or Engineering
3+ years of experience in real estate development
Strong knowledge of property markets, zoning, and construction
Excellent financial analysis and project management skills
Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Network of industry contacts including investors and contractors
