Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
Manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor performance
Lead negotiations for major contracts and framework agreements
Oversee the procurement team and purchasing operations
Identify cost savings opportunities and efficiency improvements
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and ethical standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
3+ years of procurement management experience
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and ERP systems
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
CIPS or equivalent procurement certification is preferred
