Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
Manage hotel budgets, revenues, and cost controls
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff
Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
3+ years of hotel management experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of property management systems (PMS)
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
