Sales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in target sectors such as fleet & transport, manufacturing, power generation, mining and agriculture.
• Manage and grow existing account by cross-selling and up-selling new synthetic lubricants, specialty greases and technical services.
• Lead commercial negotiation, prepare high impact presentations, and secure long-term supply contracts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual volume and margin targets. Technical consultation & Value Selling
• Conduct lubrication audits and plant survey alongside technical support team to recommend optimal products for client machinery
• Demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) savings to clients by providing how premium lubricants reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Market intelligence & Reporting
• Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify new growths vectors
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecast future product demand using PMT tool (e.g. Salesforce)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or relating field.
• 5 Years + of proven sales experience specifically within the lubricants, chemicals or industrial machinery industries.
• Excellent Negotiation , relationship management and value-based selling skill.
• Ability to communicate in English

• Willing to travel to provinces and remote project sites
• Willing to learn new technology, develop knowledge of technical products and sales process
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point)
