Assess and evaluate loan, credit, or insurance applications
Analyze applicants’ financial, personal, and business information
Determine risk levels and make approval or rejection recommendations
Ensure all applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements
Review credit reports, financial statements, and supporting documents
Collaborate with sales, credit, or insurance teams for additional information
Maintain accurate records of underwriting decisions and documentation
Monitor portfolio performance and suggest risk mitigation strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
1+ years of experience in underwriting, credit assessment, or risk management
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Knowledge of credit, lending, or insurance principles
