Assist in food preparation and cooking
Supervise kitchen staff in the absence of Head Chef
Ensure quality and consistency of dishes
Manage inventory and supplies
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
Contribute to menu planning

Culinary degree or diploma
Strong cooking and supervisory skills
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
Ability to work under pressure
Experience as Sous Chef preferred
