Lead guided tours to historical sites, cultural landmarks, and natural attractions
Provide accurate and engaging information about destinations
Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and tour logistics
Ensure the safety and comfort of all tour participants
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues during tours
Promote additional services and products to enhance the tour experience
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
Licensed tour guide certification from the Ministry of Tourism
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Fluency in English; additional languages (Chinese, French, Korean) preferred
Deep knowledge of Cambodian history, culture, and geography
Physical fitness and ability to walk long distances in various conditions
