Plan and manage construction schedules and budgets
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and teams
Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance
Resolve construction-related issues
Prepare project progress reports
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Strong project management and leadership skills
Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in property construction projects preferred
