Plan, manage, and execute property development projects
Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Obtain necessary permits and approvals
Prepare reports for stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction, or Business
Strong project management and leadership skills
Knowledge of property development processes and regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in property development preferred
