Manage the daily operations of the branch.
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
Monitor branch performance and achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Develop strategies to improve branch performance.
Prepare operational and financial reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with the head office and other departments.
Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
Perform other assigned duties.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of management experience.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
