Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
Collect, analyze, and interpret business data.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Monitor project progress and business performance.
Support process documentation and workflow optimization.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Perform other assigned duties.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
