Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes
Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special assistance requests
Coordinate with cabin crew and ground handling teams
Manage gate operations and flight departure procedures
Ensure compliance with airline safety and security procedures

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Aviation, Tourism, or Hospitality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
