Prepare coffee, and specialty beverages according to company standards
Operate and maintain coffee equipment properly
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Monitor beverage stock levels and report shortages
Provide friendly and professional customer interaction
Support cashier and service staff when necessary
Previous barista experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is an advantage
Strong customer service orientation
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
