Supervise daily lift operations and maintenance activities
Ensure lift systems operate safely and efficiently
Schedule and monitor regular inspections and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers
Respond to lift issues, breakdowns, and emergency situations
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Prepare maintenance reports and update service records
Train and guide staff on proper lift operation and safety procedures
Minimum of 1 years of experience in tax and accounting experience.
Knowledge and experience in declaring tax monthly and annually with the GDT system E-filing clearly.
Knowledge and experience of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel/Word.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, external auditors, and tax authorities.
