Supervise cargo loading, unloading, and storage operations
Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berth assignments
Ensure compliance with port safety and security regulations
Manage port operations staff and equipment
Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and customs authorities
Prepare operational reports and monitor port performance KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
Experience in port operations or maritime logistics
Strong knowledge of cargo handling procedures and safety standards
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic port environment
Knowledge of ISPS Code and port security regulations
