Develop and implement sales strategies to increase F&B revenue.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with distributors and partners.
Identify new market opportunities and lead product promotions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with production/operations teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B sales or distribution.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of F&B products, supply chain, and local market trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and plan effective strategies.
Self-driven, with strong leadership and team management skills.
