Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization
Conduct internal compliance audits and risk assessments
Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
Train employees on compliance requirements and ethical standards
Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
Strong analytical and investigative skills
Excellent communication and report writing skills
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Compliance certification (CAMS, CCEP) is an advantage
