Evaluate and process microfinance loan applications
Conduct client assessments and home/business visits
Disburse loans and ensure timely repayment collection
Provide financial literacy education to clients
Monitor loan portfolio performance and manage delinquencies
Prepare loan reports and submit to supervisors
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
Experience in microfinance or community lending
Good knowledge of credit assessment and loan management
Strong communication and community engagement skills
