We are looking for a knowledgeable and relationship-driven Development Planning and Approvals Officer to manage the planning, permitting, and regulatory approval processes for our property development projects. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the company and relevant government authorities, ensuring all development activities are properly approved, compliant, and aligned with national and municipal planning frameworks. This role requires a strong understanding of Cambodian urban planning laws, land use regulations, and construction permitting requirements.
