Provide counseling services to students
Assist in academic planning and goal setting
Support students’ social and emotional well-being
Conduct workshops and group sessions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
Maintain confidential student records

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Education
Counseling certification or license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of child and adolescent development
Experience in school counseling preferred
