Provide individual and group counseling to students
Address academic, social, and emotional issues
Develop student support programs
Collaborate with teachers and parents
Monitor student progress and wellbeing
Maintain confidential student records

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of counseling techniques and child development
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
Experience in school counseling preferred
