Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects
Monitor project costs and track expenditure against budget
Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contractor bids
Manage contracts and handle variations and claims
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Prepare financial reports and final accounts
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction cost management and estimating
Proficiency in QS software (Buildsoft, CostX, or similar)
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Good negotiation and communication skills
2+ years of quantity surveying experience preferred
