Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Negotiate contracts and manage client agreements
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Track account performance and report on key metrics
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of account management or B2B sales experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
