Welcome and check in/out guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
Process reservations, payments, and room assignments
Communicate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Maintain accurate front desk records and reports
Promote hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Tourism
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Protel, or similar)
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
