Provide individual and group counseling to students
Support students with academic planning and career guidance
Identify and address social, emotional, and behavioral issues
Collaborate with teachers and parents on student support plans
Conduct workshops on mental health, study skills, and life skills
Maintain confidential student counseling records
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
School counseling certification or license preferred
Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills
Knowledge of child and adolescent development
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
Previous school counseling or social work experience preferred
