Review and evaluate loan applications and supporting documents
Assess the creditworthiness of applicants using financial analysis
Advise clients on suitable loan products and terms
Prepare loan proposals and present to credit committees
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts
Maintain accurate loan records and ensure regulatory compliance
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
Knowledge of credit analysis and lending principles
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with banking software and loan management systems
Attention to detail and high level of integrity
Previous experience in banking or microfinance is preferred
