Research and develop new food products and improve existing formulations
Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing, and nutritional analysis
Ensure food products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with production teams on manufacturing processes
Investigate and resolve food quality and safety issues
Prepare technical documentation and regulatory submissions
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000)
Experience in food product development and quality assurance
Strong laboratory and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
