Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Field Sales Executive to hunt for new business, expand our market coverage, and drive revenue growth in FCL, LCL, and Freight Forwarding services. This is a highly active role, requiring approximately 80% travel to meet clients within Phnom Penh and surrounding provinces.

Business Development: Hunt for and secure new FCL, LCL, and Freight Forwarding (FFW) business.
Market Expansion: Expand sales coverage within the garment segment and trading BCO market, specifically targeting areas outside the city center.
Target Achievement: Achieve Gross Contribution (GC) targets for E2E logistics, liner, and air freight (minimum target profit set at 3x monthly salary).
Client Engagement: Travel 80% of the time for customer meetings. Conduct at least 40 sales calls per month.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a Target Account list with a prospect pipeline of 50 TEUs/week to ensure weekly lifting targets are met.
Lead Generation: Send 2 qualified sales leads per month to the CCP office for both inbound and outbound cargoes.
Bidding & Proposals: Identify and secure 2 new customers for bidding per quarter, ensuring accurate completion of RFPs and RFQs.
Reporting: Update sales activities daily in the assigned CRM system.
Team Support: Act as a backup for the internal sales team and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Fresh graduates with a talent for sales and a willingness to tackle challenges are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in other industries will also be considered (age up to 35).
Skills: Confident in sales and business development. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Languages: Strong command of spoken and written English. Chinese language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Attitude: Positive, resilient, and willing to work outside the office in challenging environments.
