Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
Analyze construction plans and specifications
Collaborate with project managers and contractors
Monitor material and labor costs
Prepare reports and recommendations
Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Knowledge of construction methods and costs
Excellent attention to detail
Experience in estimating for property development projects preferred
