Plan and develop creative menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
Supervise and lead kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet standards
Manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships
Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
