Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and taxes
Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor law and NSSF contributions
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee compensation data
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for finance and HR teams
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR
Knowledge of Cambodian labor law and payroll regulations
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
1+ years of payroll processing experience preferred
