This role involves providing expert legal guidance on business structuring, contracts, investment regulations, and compliance with Cambodian law. The ideal candidate is a practicing or former lawyer with strong knowledge of Cambodian legal frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex legal matters into practical business guidance.
