Collaborate with buying and marketing teams
Monitor inventory and stock performance
Develop sales forecasts and replenishment plans
Prepare merchandising reports and recommendations

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail
Strong analytical and planning skills
Knowledge of merchandising principles
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in retail planning preferred
